It's nice to have a simple, quality checkers simulator out there. No bells, no whistles, just good ol' fashion checkers. Reminds me of playing with my sister growing up. Accurate down to the Girl Scouts interrupting our game. Immaculate.

I really hope you might flesh it out some and add more too it because it was a tense short ride for what it was but it would be amazing to see a longer game made out of this awesome idea. who would have ever thought someone could make playing checkers an intense experience. The atmosphere is amazing.

You and the other man (who i can best assume is a friend of yours) are hiding inside a house playing this board game. Why hiding inside the house? Because there is a war outside (which also explains why there are bombs exploding). And when someone starts banging the door, it's a soldier who is likely hostyle. And right when they are about to bust in, your friend holds your hand and gives you a melancholic smile, knowing that these are the final moments in your and his life. Bittersweet.
